Darksouls 2: Scholar of the First Sin em breve chegará ao PS4, será uma versão remasterizada da geração passada com gráficos melhores e conteúdo exclusivo, que incluirá uma nova historia, além de trazer já incluído as três expansões Crown of the Sunken King, Crown of the Old Iron King e Crown of the Ivory King.
